The Cunninghams are great to work with, well set up and wonderful support. I just don't know if this location can get the traffic.

I have done this market two years in a row. The first year was great and worth it to come back the second year. However, the 2nd year was not worth it. Foot traffic was low, likely due to weather and maybe the economy. I might try one more year.
